These terms apply to all reservations made directly with us, through our website, or via our communication channels.

2. Reservations & Payments

We now offer direct bookings through our own system—no need to go through third-party platforms.
You can make a reservation via our website, email, contact form, WhatsApp, or by phone.
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit.

Once your deposit is received, we’ll send a confirmation with your booking details.

 

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans change—we totally understand! Here’s how our direct booking policy works:

  • Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund of your deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

  • No-shows and early check-outs are also non-refundable.

If you booked through a third-party platform, their cancellation terms still apply.

 

 

4. Check-in & Check-out

We’re happy to welcome you during the following times:

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 12:00 noon

Need a little more time? Just let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on availability.

 

 

5. Hotel Policies

To help everyone enjoy their stay, we kindly ask guests to follow these simple guidelines:

  • Smoking: We’re a smoke-free hotel indoors, but designated smoking areas are available outside.

  • Parking:
    We offer two convenient parking options:
    • Secure underground parking for private vehicles of guests and residents.
    • Open front entrance parking with easy access, suitable for vehicles of all sizes.

  • Respect for Others: Please be mindful of noise, especially in shared spaces, to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

  • Damages: If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, just let our staff know—we’re here to help.
