2. Reservations & Payments

• We don’t process bookings directly on our website. Instead, reservations can be made through Booking.com or via WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp bookings are handled by our team, who will assist you with availability and pricing before confirming the reservation in our internal system or directing you to Booking.com.
• Payments, cancellations, and refund policies follow the terms of the booking platform used.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Plans change—we get it! If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in time to avoid any charges.
• If you booked through Booking.com, their cancellation policies apply.
• For reservations made directly with us via WhatsApp, cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows may result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.

4. Check-in & Check-out

We’re here to welcome you during these hours:

• Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00
• Check-out: By 12:00 noon

If you need a little extra time, let us know in advance! We’ll do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs based on availability.

• Smoking: We’re a smoke-free hotel indoors, but we do have designated outdoor smoking areas.
